Advisers

For help with your account, a question about Maya, or to close your account, email hello@espresso.insure. We aim to reply within two working days.

If you are an adviser’s client

If Maya, an AI assistant, has messaged you on behalf of your adviser, your adviser is the best person to ask about your policies and claims, and Maya hands anything that needs a person back to them. To stop the messages, email us the number you were messaged on, or block the number in WhatsApp. We will stop messaging it and let your adviser know.

Privacy requests

To ask what personal data we hold about you, to correct or delete it, or to withdraw a consent, email hello@espresso.insure (our data protection officer). More in our Privacy Policy.

Report a problem with a message

If a message from Maya was wrong, unwelcome or worried you, tell us at hello@espresso.insure, with the number it came from and roughly when. We will look into it and reply.
